The University of Potsdam is hiring a head for its new AI Competence Center (AI.UP).
The position combines AI strategy, interdisciplinary coordination, research infrastructure, and scientific management at the interface of mathematics, computer science, and data-driven research.
Topics include:
- AI infrastructure and LLM systems
- interdisciplinary AI support
- coordination with partners such as HPI, BIFOLD, and ELLIS
- research and teaching support across disciplines
Full-time permanent position (TV-L E13).
